Incident Update – Police Assisting in Death Investigation – CK23052000
On Wednesday October 4th, 2023, at approximately 7:08 a.m., emergency crews responded to the area of Pegley Crescent and Lacroix Street in Chatham in response to an unresponsive female.
The woman was pronounced deceased at the scene. Upon completion of a post-mortem examination, the matter remains a coroner’s investigation and foul play is not suspected.
Out of respect to the family, the identity of the victim will not be made public.
