Youth Charged with Failing to Comply CK23053746
On October 6th, 2023 the youth was released from Court with several conditions. One of the conditions stated that she was not to communicate with a Tilbury man.
Yesterday morning around 7:00 a.m., the youth approached the man and attempted to communicate with him, in which police were called.
The 15-year-old youth has been charged with one count of failing to comply with her release condition. She was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
Man Arrested for Impaired Driving CK23053827
At approximately 9:00 p.m., police responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Talbot Trail in Ridgetown. Police arrived on scene and located the motor vehicle in the ditch. Through investigation, police believed the driver of the motor vehicle was driving while under the influence of alcohol. The man was transported to police headquarters for impairment tests.
The 60-year-old Ridgetown man was charged with impaired driving. He was released with conditions and a future court date of October 23rd, 2023.
Woman Arrested for Impaired Driving CK23053851
At 1:00 a.m. this morning, an officer on general patrol observed a woman driving on Grand Avenue West in Chatham and initiated a traffic stop. Through investigation, the officer believed the woman was driving while under the influence of alcohol. The woman was transported to police headquarters for impairment tests.
The 34-year-old Chatham woman was charged with impaired driving. She was released with conditions and a future court date of October 23rd, 2023.
