Man Charged Assault Bodily Harm CK17008365
A dispute between neighbours resulted in a Chatham man being charged with Assault on a male and Assault Bodily Harm on a female when he struck her in the face knocking her tooth out. The man was arrested and held pending a bail hearing.
Female Charged with Failing to Comply CK17008379
In February 2017, the female was arrested and charged with Assault and breaching her Conditions. She was released from custody on a number of conditions, which included a curfew and no alcohol.
On Sunday, March 12, 2017 the female was found to be out past her curfew and had an odour of alcoholic beverage coming from her breath.
The 21-year-old Tilbury woman was arrested and charged with two counts of failing to comply and held pending a bail hearing.
Man Charged with Possession of Stolen Property CK17008363
On March 6, 2017 a Break and Enter was reported where tools and welders were taken.
Though investigation an item was located on Kijiji for sale. Police met with the seller and determined the property to be from the previous Break and Enter.
A 19 year old Chatham man was arrested and released with a future court date.
