The Chatham-Kent Police Service (CKPS) responded to a variety of incidents over the past 24 hours. Below is a summary of the key events, including arrests, investigations, and other notable occurrences:

Arrests:
- 8 arrests were made throughout the day, including individuals wanted for outstanding warrants, failure to comply, and domestic-related offenses.
Warrant – Case# CK25006212
Date: January 30, 2025, Time:06:39hrs., Location: Wellington Street East, Chatham
Details:
- A 32-year-old male from Chatham, was arrested on a DNA warrant following a person stop. He was taken to the Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters, where his fingerprints were obtained, and he was later released with conditions.

Date: January 30, 2025, Time: 09:35hrs., Location: Blake Street, Wallaceburg
Details:
- The Chatham-Kent Police Service located a 38-year-old female, a Chatham resident, following a suspicious person complaint. It was discovered that she had outstanding endorsed warrants for failure to attend court and for breaching her probation. She was transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters, where she was processed and released with conditions.

Details:
- On January 30, 2025, a 67-year-old male, a Halifax resident, was arrested at Grand Ave West Chatham. He possessed outstanding endorsed warrants. He was released with conditions and a future court date of February 14, 2025.
Arrest Assault – Case# CK25006242
Date: January 30, 2025, Time: 10:23hrs., Location: Third Street, Chatham
Details:
- On January 30, 2025, the Chatham-Kent Police Service was contacted regarding a 54-year-old male from Chatham, who was refusing to leave a local business on Third Street, Chatham. During the incident, he assaulted a victim, though no injuries were reported. He was arrested and subsequently held for bail.

Details:
- A 36-year-old female from Chatham was arrested by the Chatham-Kent Police Service on an endorsed warrant for failing to attend court following an outstanding arrest warrant. She was released with conditions.

Date: January 30, 2025, Time: 18:58hrs., Location: Bloomfield Road., Chatham
Details:
- On January 30, 2025, a 55-year-old male, Chatham resident, wanted for two counts of failure to comply with a release order and for failure to comply with probation was arrested by the Chatham-Kent Police Service. Subsequently, he was held for bail.
