Fraud investigation leads to arrest Tilbury CK24007009
A woman reported to police that her wallet had been taken out of her vehicle. Several days after the theft the woman’s cards were used at two local businesses on Queen street north and Queens Line In Tilbury. Video surveillance at these locations were obtained and the man using the cards was able to be identified. The man was arrested and charged with Fraud under X2, use of stolen credit card X2 and Possession of stolen property X2. The man was released with a future court date of March 18,2024
Assault /threatening arrest Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Grand Ave Chatham CK24007111
A man had been treated at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance on Grand Ave Chatham. The man was discharged from the hospital. When asked to leave the property the man assaulted security and made threats to harm them. The man was detained by security until police were able to arrive. The man was transported to Chatham-Kent Headquarters and held for bail.
Theft and Possession /breach of release orders McNaughton Ave Wallaceburg CK24007105
A woman entered a local business on McNaughton Ave Wallaceburg. The woman took several items and left the store without paying. Through investigation and with video surveillance the woman was identified. The investigation found this woman was on probation and a previous release not to be at this location. The woman was located, arrested and taken to Chatham-Kent Headquarters where she was held for bail.
