Three People Arrested for Homicide CK24001723
Chatham-Kent, Ontario: On January 12, 2024, at approximately 11:00 a.m., members of the Chatham-Kent Police Service attended Townline Road, north of Maple Line in Dover Township, regarding a deceased male being located on the roadside.
The victim was identified as 55-year-old Henry Neudorf of Tilbury.
On January 14 and 15, 2024, three people, all from Tilbury, Ontario, were arrested and charged with First Degree Murder. All three appeared in court on January 15, 2024, and have since been remanded with future court dates.
David Trealout, 34 years old, will appear before the court again on January 26, 2024.
Kimberly Price, 52 years old, will appear before the court again on January 22, 2024.
Darin Noland, 61 years old, will appear before the court again on January 22, 2024.
This is considered an isolated incident. All parties involved were known to each other. There is no concern for public safety.
