Chatham-Kent, Ontario: On March 14, 2024, the Chatham-Kent Police Intelligence Unit executed a search warrant under the Controlled Drugs and Substance Act on Park Avenue West in Chatham.
Both fentanyl and cocaine were recovered and seized for analysis. A large amount of Canadian currency and drug paraphernalia were also seized.
The woman was arrested and transported to police headquarters.
The 36-year-old Chatham woman was charged with one count possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking and one count of possession of a controlled substance. She was released with conditions and a future court date of April 25, 2024.
