Chatham-Kent, Ontario: The Chatham-Kent Police Service responded to 192 calls for service in the last 24 hours. Ten people were arrested, and seven were on outstanding warrants.
Warrant Arrest CK24057207
On Friday, November 8th, 2024, at approximately 1425hrs, police located and arrested a 40-year-old male in the area of Chatham Street in Blenheim. The male was arrested on the strength of a warrant and later released on conditions with a future court date.
Liquor Licence and Control Act CK24057310
On Saturday, November 9, 2024, at approximately 0122hrs, police located a 21-year-old male in the area of Wallace Street in Wallaceburg. The male was found highly intoxicated and unable to care for himself. Police arrested the male and held him until sober.
Impaired Operation/Motor Vehicle Collision CK24057322
On Saturday, November 9, 2024, at approximately 0301hrs, police were conducting a property check at a business in the area of Indian Creek Road in Chatham. While checking the area, police discovered a motor vehicle that had appeared to be involved in a motor vehicle collision. Upon further investigation, a 21-year-old male was later arrested for Operation while impaired.
