On 2024-02-09 a 28 year old Chatham man attended the Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters to turn himself in on an outstanding warrant. The warrant was to provide DNA after being found guilty of a criminal offence designated in the Criminal Code of Canada. The man was released following execution of the warrant.

On 2024-02-09 a 38 year old Chatham man was located in a vehicle by a member of the Chatham-Kent Police during a traffic stop. The man had an endorsed outstanding warrant for Failure to Comply with a Release Order. He was transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters to be processed on the warrant. The man was released with a future court date.
Man Arrested for Being Intoxicated

On 2024-02-09 Police responded to an unwanted person at a local hospital. The man was intoxicated by alcohol and was asked to leave after receiving the treatment he attended for. The man refused and began to cause a disturbance. On arrival the man was found to be in no medical jeopardy and was unable to care for himself due to intoxication. The man was arrested and held in custody until sober.
