The Chatham-Kent Police Service responded to 166 calls for service in the past 24 hours. Five people were arrested.
Man Arrested for Breach- CK23019899
On April 25th around 11:30am a 40-year-old male was located at a residence in Chatham, where he was found to be residing contrary to his Conditional Sentence Order. He was arrested for Breach of Conditional Sentence Order and held pending a bail hearing.
Man Arrested for Break and Enter- CK23019992
At 7:30pm police responded to a break and enter on Greenvalley Line, where the homeowner located a male entering his pool shed. Police arrived on scene and arrested the 39 year old male for Break and Enter. He was transported to Headquarters and released on an Undertaking.
Man Arrested on Warrants – CK23020001
At 9:52pm police located a 32 year old man on Murray St., Chatham, who was wanted for Failing to Attend Court and Breach of Probation. He was arrested and transported to police headquarters, where he was held pending a bail hearing.
Female Arrested on Warrant- CK23020016
On April 26th at 1:45am a 25-year-old female who was wanted for Failing to Comply with Release Order was located on Grand Ave. E and arrested by police. She was later released from custody on a Form 9 with a future court date.
