Woman Arrested on a DNA Warrant CK23017055
At 7:14 a.m., an officer located the woman on King Street West in Chatham while on general patrol. The officer recognized the woman from previous encounters and confirmed she was wanted on a DNA Warrant.
The 34-year-old Chatham woman was arrested and charged with failing to comply with a release order. She was transported to police headquarters, where the warrant was satisfied, and she was released with conditions and a future court date of May 15, 2023.
Man Arrested for Failing to Attend Court CK23017063
At 9:17 a.m., police responded to Thomas Avenue in Wallaceburg for a domestic disturbance.
Police arrived on the scene and located the man. Through investigation, police confirmed the man was wanted on a warrant for failing to attend court, and he was arrested.
The 27-year-old Chatham-Kent man was transported to police headquarters and held pending a bail hearing.
Man Arrested for Possession of Stolen Property CK23017113
At 3:16 p.m., police began investigating the location of stolen property.
Police learned a skid-steer was reported stolen to the London Police Service in February. The owner was notified that the skid-steer was for sale on an online site and located at Mable Street in Tilbury.
Through investigation, police recovered the skid-steer and confirmed ownership through documentation. The man living at the address was arrested.
The 22-year-old Tilbury man was charged with possessing stolen property over $5000. He was released with a future court date of June 12, 2023.
Man Arrested on DNA Warrant CK23017126
At 3:45 p.m., police responded to a domestic disturbance on Campbell Street in Chatham.
Police arrived on the scene and located the man. Police confirmed the man was wanted on a DNA warrant, and he was arrested.
The 32-year-old Chatham man was transported to police headquarters, where the warrant was satisfied. He was released unconditionally.
Man Arrested for Failing to Comply with a Probation Order CK23017193
At 10:11 p.m., while on general patrol, police located the man on Wellington Street East in Chatham. The officer recognized the man from previous encounters and confirmed he was wanted on an outstanding warrant.
The 43-year-old Chatham-Kent man was arrested and charged with failing to comply with a probation order. He was released with a future court date.
