The Chatham-Kent Police Service (CKPS) responded to a variety of incidents over the past 24 hours. Below is a summary of the key events, including arrests, investigations, and other notable occurrences:

•3 arrest was made throughout the day, including individuals wanted for outstanding warrants, failure to comply, and domestic-related offenses.

Bail Violations – Case# CK25015756
Date: March 18, 2025, Time: 18:38 hrs., Location: Bear Creek Line, Dover
Details:
On March 18, 2025, at approximately 18:38 hrs., Recovery Science Corporation contacted the Chatham-Kent Police Service, Emergency Communication Center about a tampered alert involving a 34-year-old male from Windsor. The Chatham-Kent Police Service responded to the call. Upon investigation, it was confirmed that the accused had removed his monitoring device. The accused voluntarily surrendered himself to the police without incident. He was arrested and transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters and is currently pending bail.
Warrants – Case# CK25015544
Date: March 17, 2025, Time: 14:30 hrs., Location: Princess Street, Chatham
Details:
On March 18, 2025, at approximately 14:30 hrs., a 40-year-old male from Wallaceburg, was located and arrested by the Chatham-Kent Police Service. The accused possessed an outstanding warrant for mischief under $5000. He was released with conditions and a future court date.
Chatham-Kent Police Service officers searched the area and located a 34-year-old male from Chatham and a 41-year-old female also from Chatham. The accused were arrested and transported to the Chatham-Kent Police headquarters where they were charged with one count of trespassing at night and one count of theft under $5000. The accused were released with a future court date of April 14th, 2025
