The Chatham-Kent Police Service (CKPS) responded to a variety of incidents over the past 24 hours. Below is a summary of the key events, including arrests, investigations, and other notable occurrences:

Arrests:
• 13 arrests were made throughout the day, including individuals wanted for outstanding warrants, failure to comply, and domestic-related offenses.

Arrest, Impaired – Case# CK250090082
Date: February 12, 2025, Time: 14:35hrs., Location: Richmond Street, Chatham
Details:
• On February 12, 2025, at approximately 14:35 hrs, the Chatham-Kent Police Service conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with a flat tire. Upon investigations, the 32-year-old female driver from Chatham was identified as the owner of the vehicle. She was found to be impaired and was arrested by the Chatham-Kent Police Service on probable and reasonable grounds for impaired driving. After a roadside test was administered, she was transported to police headquarters for breath tests. The arrestee was subsequently released with conditions and a future court date March 3, 2025. The vehicle was impounded for 7 days, and she received a 90-day license suspension.

Date: February 12, 2025, Time: 18:47hrs., Location: Reaume Street., Wallaceburg
Details:
• On February 12, 2025, at approximately 18:47hrs., a 31-year-old male from Chatham-Kent was located by the Chatham-Kent Police Service. He is the subject of an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court for breach of probation. Subsequently, he was arrested and held for bail.

Details:
• On February 12, 2025, at approximately 19:07hrs., a 39-year-old female from Chatham, was located by the Chatham-Kent Police Service. She is the subject of an unendorsed warrant for failing to attend court for breach of probation. Subsequently, she was arrested and held for bail.
Arrest, Bail Violations- Case# CK25009144
Date: February 12, 2025, Time: 19:07hrs., Location: King Street, Chatham
Details:
• On February 12, 2025, at approximately 22:01hrs., a 36-year-old male Chatham-Kent was located by the Chatham-Kent Police Service and was found to be in violation of his bail conditions by being at that location. He was arrested and held for a bail hearing.
Arrest, Warrants – Case# CK25009163
Date: February 12, 2025, Time: 00:48hrs., Location: Wellington Street, Chatham
Details:
• On February 12, 2025, at approximately 00:48 hrs., a 43-year-old male from Chatham-Kent, was located by the Chatham-Kent Police Service. He is the subject of multiple warrants for failing to attend court and fraud. Subsequently, he was arrested and held for bail.
