I knew from the time I served with the Canadian Armed Forces as a Commissioned Officer with the Royal Canadian Dragoon’s that I wanted to continue helping people by pursuing a career in law enforcement.
I am married to Anne-Marie and together we are the proud parents of three grown sons.Our oldest followed in my wife’s footsteps as a teacher, our middle son is a computer programmer and the youngest wears the uniform as I do.
I have always been an advocate for lifelong learning and am currently working towards a Doctor of Education at the University of Western Ontario.
Throughout my career, I have always tried to stay physically and mentally fit for duty. I enjoy running, reading, swimming, alpine skiing and walking with my wife and two Huskies, Nanook and Maximus.
