Break and enter – Thomas Ave, Wallaceburg – CK23040776
On August 5, 2023 between the hours of 11:00am and 6:00pm unknown suspect(s) entered a residence through an unlocked window. Once the suspects were inside, they removed a bicycle, tools and other belongings. Anyone with information is asked to contact Constable Max Bossence at maxb@chatham-kent.ca. Anonymous callers may call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) and may be eligible for a cash reward.
Male arrested for Assault – Chatham – CK23040778
Two males were involved in a verbal argument when one of the males grabbed onto the others head and began shaking him. As a result, a 31-year-old Chatham man was arrested and charged with one count of assault. He was later released on a future court date.
RIDE Program – CK23040796
Yesterday evening Police conducted a RIDE Program throughout Chatham-Kent. 280 vehicles were checked with no infraction.
