Woman Arrested for Failing to Attend CK23017513
On September 8, 2022, the woman was arrested and charged with theft and possessing stolen property due to a shoplifting investigation. The woman was released with a court date of September 19, 2022. When the woman failed to attend this court date, a warrant was issued for her arrest.
On April 12, 2023, at 12:57 p.m., the 28-year-old Chatham woman was located on McNaughton Avenue in Chatham and arrested. She was transported to police headquarters and held pending a bail hearing.
Man Arrested for Breach of Probation CK23017519
On August 26, 2022, police completed a Breach of Probation investigation, resulting in a warrant being issued for the man’s arrest.
On April 12, 2023, at 2:37 p.m., police located the man on Elgin Street in Wallaceburg.
The 32-year-old Chatham-Kent man was arrested and released with a future court date of May 1, 2023.
