Stopping Prohibited, Specified Places, Without Signs
208.01 No person shall stop any vehicle or permit any vehicle to remain stopped on any
highway:
208.01.02 within an intersection or crosswalk;
Stopping Prohibited, Specified Places, With Signs
208.02 When official signs are on display, no person shall stop a vehicle or permit a vehicle to
remain stopped on a highway:
208.02.01 within fifteen meters (15 m) of an intersection;
208.02.02 within sixty meters (60 m) of an intersection controlled by a traffic control signal;
Parking Prohibited – Specified Places, Without Signs
210.01 Subject to the previous Sections of Part II, no person shall park a vehicle or permit a
vehicle to remain parked on any highway:
210.01.01 within ten meters (10 m) of an intersection;

210.02 Subject to the previous Sections of Part II when official signs are on display, no person
shall park a vehicle or permit a vehicle to remain parked on any highway:
