Chatham-Kent, Ontario: On June 4th, 2024, police commenced an investigation regarding a death of a woman in Chatham. The identity of the deceased was confirmed to be that of Louise THOMSON a 27-year-old woman from Milton, Ontario.
On June 4th, 2024, officers attended an address on William St. South in Chatham Ontario, there officers located Louise THOMSON deceased. Jeffrey Davis a 44-year-old man and David Lozon a 59-year-old man, both from Chatham, were arrested and charged with first degree murder and indignity to a dead body. Both were transported to police headquarters, held pending a bail hearing.
Both men appeared in court, on June 5th, 2024, and then again on June 19th, 2024, both have been remanded into custody until a later date.
On June 26th, 2024, Sky-Linn Holden a 23-year-old woman of no fixed address was arrested in Windsor, Ontario and charged with first degree murder and indignity to a dead body in relation to this investigation. Holden was transported to Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters and held pending a bail hearing.
This is considered an isolated incident and no threat to public safety.
