CK26069179 – Criminal Harassment

On Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at approximately 10:41 hrs, members of the Chatham-Kent Police Service responded to a complaint of criminal harassment.
Through investigation, police developed reasonable grounds for the charge of criminal harassment against a 40-year-old Chatham woman.
On Thursday, September 17, 2026, at approximately 13:28 hrs, a 40-year-old Chatham woman attended Chatham-Kent Police headquarters and agreed to turn herself in on the charge of criminal harassment.
The accused was arrested without incident and released on an undertaking with a conditions and future court date of December 15, 2026.
