On Monday, August 31, 2026, at approximately 05:54 hrs, members of the Chatham-Kent Police Service were called to attend a business on Keil Drive South in Chatham, after a female party approached the staff members and asked them to contact police as she had multiple warrants and wished to turn herself in.
Police attended the area and arrested the female without incident.
The 33-year-old female of Walpole Island was transported to Chatham-Kent Police headquarters where she was held pending a bail hearing.

Location: Grand Avenue West, Chatham, ON
On Monday, August 31, 2026, at approximately 09:21 hrs, a 40-year-old Chatham man was arrested on an outstanding warrant at the Criminal Court house.
The man was then taken into custody without incident and held pending a bail hearing.
