Operation While Impaired – CK26076318
Date: October 13, 2026, 2243hrs Location: McNaughton Avenue, Wallaceburg
On October 13, 2026, at approximately 2243hrs, police conducted a traffic stop on McNaughton Avenue.
After speaking with the driver, the officer arrested him for driving his vehicle while impaired.
He was transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters where he provided samples of this breath.
A 48-year-old Wallaceburg male is facing charges for the following offences:
- Operation While Impaired – Alcohol
- Operation While Impaired – Blood Concentration 80-plus
He was released on a Form 10 with a court date of November 26, 2026.
Fail to Comply (IPV) – CK26076370
Date: October 14, 2026, 0444hrs Location: Chatham
On October 14, 2026, at approximately 0444hrs, police were dispatched to an address in Chatham after reports of a woman screaming.
Officers located a male and female party inside the residence.
Investigation revealed that both parties were on conditions not to communicate with one another.
As a result, a 43-year-old Chatham male was arrested for two counts of Fail to Comply with Probation Order. He was transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters held for bail.
The 34-year-old Chatham female was arrested for Fail to Comply with Undertaking. She was also transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters and held for bail.
