The Chatham-Kent Police Service (CKPS) responded to a variety of incidents over the past 24 hours. Below is a summary of the key events.
Warrants – CK25066912
Date: November 5, 2025, Time: 19:26 hrs, Location: Emily Street, Wallaceburg
On August 28, 2025, at approximately 13:15 hrs, the Chatham-Kent Police Service responded to a report of a break and enter at a residence in Wallaceburg.
Through investigation and the use of surveillance footage, it was revealed that a 31-year-old female from Chatham-Kent entered the residence through a window. The suspect was observed removing various items from the residence.
As a result of the investigation, officers found reasonable grounds to charge the individual with the following:
- Count 1: Break and Enter – Dwelling or House to Commit Indictable Offence
- Count 2: Theft under $5,000
- Count 3: Possession of stolen property under $5,000
A warrant was issued for her arrest.
On November 5, 2025, at approximately 19:26 hrs, the accused was located by Chatham-Kent Police Service officers on Emily Street, Wallaceburg. She was arrested on the strength of an endorsed warrant.
The individual was transported to Chatham-Kent Police Service Headquarters where, she was released with conditions and a scheduled future court date of November 10, 2025.
