Chatham Woman Arrested on Warrants- CK26017645
On Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at approximately 11:18 a.m., while conducting a wellbeing check, a 33-year-old woman from Chatham was identified as having an outstanding endorsed warrant in relation to her failing to attend court earlier this year.
The 33-year-old woman was arrested under the strength of the warrant, and shortly after was released with a future court date.
Windsor Man Arrested on Warrants- CK26017721
On Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at approximately 4:00 p.m., a 38-year-old Windsor man attended Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters to turn himself in on an outstanding endorsed warrant in relation to him failing to attend court earlier this year.
The 38-year-old man was arrested under the strength of the warrant, and shortly after was released with a future court date.
Chatham Man arrested for Mischief – CK26017787 / CK26017703
On Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at approximately 3:23 p.m., Chatham-Kent Police responded to a report of a suspicious person in the downtown area near King Street West. He had attended a local business and caused issues, although he had already been asked to leave on various occasions and trespassed from the premises.
A man was reported to be carrying a metal pipe or wrench and was later seen removing a knife from his backpack before putting it back. No weapons were used in the commission of the offence. Officers located the individual nearby and subsequently identified him as a 30-year-old man from Chatham. Subsequently, he was arrested without further incident.
As a result of this investigation, he was charged with the following offences:
- Mischief- obstructs, interrupts or interferes with the lawful use, enjoyment or operation of property
- Criminal Harassment
The 30-year-old man was arrested, transported to Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters for processing, and held for bail.
Tilbury Man Arrested for Failing to Comply with Probation- CK26017825
On Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at approximately 11:30 p.m., while on general patrol, Chatham-Kent Police officers located a male who was loitering around the Via Rail Station in Chatham.
Upon conducting a person stop, officers identified a 43-year-old male from Tilbury who had an outstanding warrant for failing to comply with his probation order, by way of failing to attend court.
The accused was arrested and charged with the following offence:
- Count 1: Fail to Comply with Probation Order
The individual was arrested, removed from the property and subsequently released with a future court date.
Chatham Man Arrested for Failing to Comply with Probation- CK26017870
On Thursday, March 12, 2026, at approximately 4:00 a.m., Chatham-Kent Police received a report of a man who attended the complainant’s residence without being welcomed, and the complainant was wishing for him to be removed.
Upon arrival, officers identified a 37-year-old Chatham man who was in current breach of his probation order by attending this residence, as a result of previous intimate partner violence charges.
The accused was arrested and charged with the following offence:
- Count 1: Fail to Comply with Probation Order
The 37-year-old man was arrested, transported to Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters for processing, and held for bail.
