Trespass to Property Act – CK26046065

On Thursday, June 25, 2026, at approximately 18:38 hrs, members of the Chatham-Kent Police Service were called to attend an address on AD Shadd Road for complaints of an individual trespassing.
Officers attended and located the male suspect still on the property which he was not authorized to be there by the property owners. As a result of the investigation, a 33-year-old of No fixed address was arrested and charged for trespassing.
The male was released on a summons and is required to attend court on July 29, 2026.
