CK26042050 – Warrants

Location: Willowmac Avenue, Chatham, ON
On Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at approximately 17:46 hrs, members of the Chatham-Kent Police Service attended an address on Willowmac for a call for service, unrelated to the incident officers observed a female party who they knew to have an active warrant with the Chatham-Kent Police Service.
As a result, a 56-year-old Chatham woman was arrested on the strength of a warrant for:
- Assault
- Assault Cause Bodily Harm
The accused was then transported to Chatham-Kent Police headquarters where she was released on a future court date of July 20, 2026.
CK26042067 – Impaired driving
Date: June 10, 2026, 19:07 hrs
Location: First Street, Wallaceburg, ON
On Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at approximately 19:07 hrs, the Chatham-Kent Police Service received an impaired driving complaint on First Street in Wallaceburg. Police located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. During, which the driver was required to provide a roadside breath sample through an approved screening device, to which the driver subsequently failed.
The driver was arrested and brought to Chatham-Kent Police headquarters for further testing.
As a result of the investigation a 58-year-old Wallaceburg man has been charged with:
- Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
The accused was then released with a future court date of July 16, 2026.
