Assault – CK26055624

Location: Timmins Crescent, Chatham, ON
On Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at approximately 21:14 hrs, members of the Chatham-Kent Police Service responded to an assault incident on Timmins Crescent in Chatham.
Police attended and learned that the victim had been assaulted by her partner after a verbal argument took place.
As a result of the investigation a 43-year-old Windsor man has been arrested and charged with:
- Assault
The accused was then brought to Chatham-Kent Police headquarters where he was released an undertaking with conditions and a future court date of September 15, 2026.
