Impaired Operation- CK25044188

Date: July 25, 2025, Time: 00:09 hrs, Location: Mill Street, Tilbury

On July 25,2025, at approximately 00:09 hrs the Chatham-Kent Police conducted a traffic stop following a vehicle complaint in Tilbury.

As a result of the investigation, the driver, a 20-year-old male from Chatham-Kent, failed a roadside screening test and was arrested for the following:

  • Operation while Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 plus).

He was subsequently transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters for further testing, where he provided two breath samples. The results of the breath tests registered as 120 mg and 100 mg of alcohol in 100 mL of blood. He was later released with a scheduled future court date of August 25, 2025.

Arrest/ Breach of Recognizance – CK25044429

Date: July 26, 2025, Time: 03:30hrs hrs, Location: Chatham

On May 13, 2025, the 29-year-old female from Chatham entered into Peace Bond Agreement with conditions that included no contact, direct or indirect with a 26-year-old male from Chatham and to stay at least 50 metres away from any known place the individual lives, work, or attends school, unless written revocable consent was provided.

On July 27, 2025, at approximately 03: 30 hrs. The Chatham-Kent Police Service responded to a call for service regarding a possible break and enter at a residence. Upon arrival, officers observed two individuals inside. One of the individuals was the 29-year-old female who was known to be subject to conditions prohibiting her from being in contact with the male individual.

Subsequently, the female individual was arrested and charged with the following:

  • Count 1: Breach of Recognizance (communicate – condition 1)
  • Count 2: Breach of Recognizance (attend – condition 2)

She was transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters and was released with a future court date of September 20, 2025.

Arrest/Theft – CK25044655

Date: July 27, 2025, Time: 03:10 hrs, Location: Sparks Drive, Chatham

On July 27, 2025, at approximately 03:10 hrs, the Chatham-Kent Police Service responded to a report of theft on Sparks Drive Chatham. A complainant observed a 29-year-old male suspect from Chatham removing an air conditioning unit and fled the scene on a bicycle pulling trailer.

A short time later, police located a male matching the suspect’s description in possession of the stolen property. The individual was arrested for the following:

  • Count 1: Theft and Possession Under $5,000.

He was transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters, where he was released with conditions and a scheduled future court date of September 02, 2025.
