On December 1, 2025, the woman was required to attend court in regard to criminal charges. When she failed to do so a warrant for her arrest was issued.
On December 16, 2025, at 14:03 hrs, the woman was located at an address on McNaughton Avenue in Wallaceburg. She was arrested on the outstanding unendorsed warrants and subsequently transported to Chatham-Kent Police Service Headquarters, where she was lodged in cells pending a bail hearing.
The 31-year-old Chatham-Kent woman currently faces the following charges: failing to attend court, obstructing a peace officer, break and enter, two counts of theft, two counts of possession of stolen property.

Date: December 16, 2025, Time: 15:21 hrs., Location: Windsor
On February 12, 2025, the Chatham-Kent Police Service responded to reports of theft and mischief at a oil well property located on Talbot Trail in Wheatley.
During the incident, two male suspects, unlawfully accessed the oil well site by cutting the padlock on an electrical cabinet, causing damage to the internal wiring. They also removed items from the property. Through investigation the suspects were also connected to damage caused at a second well site.
Through video evidence, investigators identified the two suspects and warrant for arrest were issued.
On December 16, 2025, at 15:21 hrs, the 37-year-old Leamington man was located and arrested by the Windsor Police Service on unendorsed CKPS warrants. He was subsequently transported to Chatham-Kent Police Service Headquarters, where he was lodged in cells pending a bail hearing.
He is facing the following charges: Mischief under $5000, Possession of property under $5000, and Theft under $5000.

Date: December 16, 2025, Time: 17:45 hrs., Location: Park Ave E, Chatham
On October 31, 2025, the man was arrested for multiple criminal charges. He was subsequently released by the court on a Form 11 with conditions prohibiting him from possessing identification or banking documents unless they were lawfully issued in his name.
On December 16, 2025, at approximately 17:49 hrs, the Chatham-Kent Police Service responded to a report of an unwanted person at a gas bar on Park Avenue East in Chatham. The complainant reported that a male was attempting to use a gas card and was unable to provide the necessary PIN for the transaction.
Upon arrival, police located and arrested the 31-year-old Chatham-Kent man for failing to comply with conditions of his release. During a search incident to arrest, officers discovered a debit card not issued in his name. Both cards were seized for evidence, and the suspect was lodged in cells pending a bail hearing.
He has been charged with two counts of failing to comply with a release order.
