Chatham-Kent Police Service members proudly joined the community on Saturday at the 16th Annual Breakfast with Santa, hosted by East Side Pride at the WISH Centre in Chatham. The event once again brought families together for a morning filled with warmth, generosity and the spirit of Christmas.
CKPS members helped prepare and serve the food throughout the morning, working alongside volunteers to ensure more that 250 people enjoyed a warm meal. Special Constable Cory Henry, Constable Marko Sapateiro, Staff Sergeant Cole Abbott, Retired Sergeant Jim Lynds and Deputy Chief Jason Chickowski, all generously gave their time to support the event and engage with families.
Events like this highlight the strength of our community and the importance of giving back. The Chatham-Kent Police Service is grateful to East Side Pride for inviting us to be part of this tradition and to everyone who came out to share in the holiday spirit and holiday cheer with local families.
