Chatham, ON – A 33-year-old male Chatham-Kent, resident has been charged with multiple offences in connection with an ongoing investigation into voyeuristic and indecent activities. Police are urging potential victims to come forward.
On October 15, 2025, Chatham-Kent Police Service arrested and charged Brent Konecny, of Chatham-Kent, with the following offences:

  • Voyeurism (Section 162(1) of the Criminal Code)
  • Indecent Act (Section 173(2) of the Criminal Code)
  • Criminal Harassment (Section 264(1) of the Criminal Code)

Investigators are releasing the suspect’s image as the investigation revealed that he may have targeted additional victims across southwestern Ontario, primarily in retail stores in the Chatham-Kent, Windsor and London area. Investigators also believe that the suspect may have used recording devices. Investigators are actively working to determine if there are more unreported incidents and to identify and support those affected.
