Date: August 26, 2026, 2311hrs Location: Queen Street, Chatham
On August 26, 2026, at approximately 2311hrs, police were conducting a property check on Queen Street.
Officers located a male lying in the doorway of the building and requested he leave the premises, to which he refused.
The 43-year-old Chatham-Kent male was arrested for Fail to Leave Premises When Directed.
He was removed from the property and issued a Provincial Offences Notice.
