Date: August 25, 2026, 1912hrs Location: Wallaceburg
On August 25, 2026, at approximately 1912hrs, police were dispatched to an address in Wallaceburg regarding a dispute.
Police were advised that a male had pushed a female, resulting in minor physical injuries.
As a result, a 62-year-old Wallaceburg male was arrested for Assault.
He was transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters and released on a Form 10 with a court date of October 10, 2026.

On August 26, 2026, at approximately 0258hrs, police were dispatched to a Campbell Street address regarding a disturbance.
A female attended the property to pick someone up.
Investigation revealed that as she approached the residence, a male threw a cinder block in her direction. The female was not physically injured.
As a result, a 36-year-old Chatham male was arrested for Assault With a Weapon.
Both were transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters.
He was released on a Form 10 with a court date of November 23, 2026.
