Man Arrested for Break and Enter CK24041009
On August 27, 2024, at 1:18 a.m., an officer on general patrol noticed two men on Lowe Avenue in Wallaceburg with several boxes of ice cream.
Further investigation revealed a local business had been broken into which prompted the officer to search the area for the two men.
The 64-year-old Chatham-Kent man was located a short distance away and arrested. He was transported to police headquarters, where he was released with conditions and a future court date of September 23, 2024. He has been charged with break and enter.
On August 28, 2024, at 1:25 a.m., the 56-year-old Chatham-Kent man was observed on King Street in Chatham. He was arrested and transported to police headquarters, where he was released with conditions and a future court dated of September 23, 2024. He has been charged with break and enter.
Woman Arrested for Break and Enter CK24041293
On July 25, 2024, police responded to a suspicious person investigation on Lorne Avenue in Chatham. Through investigation the officer formed grounded to charge the woman for break and enter into the residence of a person known to her. When the woman was not located a warrant was issued for her arrest.
On August 28, 2024, at 2:42 a.m., police located the woman on St. Clair Street in Chatham.
The 43-year-old Chatham-Kent woman was arrested and released with a future court date of September 23, 2024. She has been charged with break and enter.
