Man Arrested for Bail Violations CK24037894
Today at 12:35 a.m. while on general patrol, an officer initiated a routine traffic stop in Tilbury. The driver, a 48-year-old Tilbury man, known to police to have bail conditions, one of which is a curfew between 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., was found to be in breach of his release condition. He was arrested, transported to Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters and lodged for a bail hearing.

At approximately 12:30 p.m. yesterday, police attended a residence on Mary Street, Chatham, in response to a call of mischief. The residence is vacant and under construction. Missing plywood on rear door was observed, with no other damage. No one was found on the property.
