Traffic stop leads to arrest Fail to comply/ suspended driving. Queens Line, Raleigh CK24021058
A 37 year old man is currently before the courts on Impaired operation charges and currently on a release order not to operate a motor vehicle. The man was stopped on Queens line operating a vehicle. The man was arrested and charged with Fail to comply with release order and operate motor vehicle while suspended Highway Traffic Act. The vehicle was impounded and the man was held for bail.
IPV Arrest, Bail violations/Facilitate King St. East, Chatham CK24020922/CK24020936
A 21 year old Chatham man and 22 year Chatham woman were each on conditions not to be around each other. The man and woman were located together at an address on King Street West Chatham. Both were arrested and charged with Failing to comply with undertaking. The man was charged with Fail to comply with probation and the woman for facilitating a breach of probation. Both were released with future court dates of July 22, 2024
Alarm stops break and enter St. Clair Street Chatham CK24020915
Officers responded to an alarm call last evening at a local business on St Clair street Chatham and found everything to be in order. Video was checked by staff and found that a man had attempted to enter by the receiving doors but fled when the alarm sounded.
Warrant arrest Whitebread Line, Chatham CK24021069
A man was located at an address on Whitebread line. The man had a warrant for Breaching a Conditional Sentence order. He was taken into custody and held for bail.
