• 7 arrests were made throughout the day, including individuals wanted for outstanding warrants, failure to comply, and domestic-related offenses.

Warrants – Case# CK25012792
Date: March 3, Time: 10:30 hrs., Location: Criminal Courthouse Chatham
Details:
• On March 3, 2025, at approximately 10:30 hrs., a 33-year-old male from Chatham, was arrested by the Chatham-Kent Police Service on reasonable probable grounds for mischief. He was released with conditions and a future court date of March 17, 2025.
Mischief – Case# CK25012816
Date: March 3, Time: 12:24 hrs., Location: St. Clair Street. Chatham
Details:
• On March 3, 2025, at approximately 12:24 hrs., a 39-year-old male from Chatham was apprehended and arrested by the Chatham-Kent Police Service. The suspect threatened to assault the owner of a vehicle after intentionally driving a scooter into the side of the vehicle at a local business in Chatham. He was arrested on charges of mischief and uttering threats. The accuses also possessed a criminal record for prior offences, including harassment, mischief, and impaired driving. He is currently being held for a bail hearing.

Date: March 3, Time: 11:50 hrs., Location: Grand Avenue West, Chatham
Details:
• On March 3, 2025, at approximately 11:50 hrs., a 41-year-old male from Dresden was located and arrested by the Chatham-Kent Police Service. He possessed three outstanding warrants for failing to attend court, failing to comply and failing to comply with his probation order. He was released with a future court date of May 2, 2025.

Date: March 3, Time: 14:59 hrs., Location: Grand Avenue West, Chatham
Details:
• On March 3, 2025, at approximately 11:50 hrs., a 46-year-old male from Chatham was located by the Chatham-Kent Police Service. He possessed four outstanding endorsed warrants for failure to attend Court, theft under $5000 and possession under $5000. Subsequently, he was arrested and transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Service Headquarters where he is currently being held for bail.
