The Chatham-Kent Police Service (CKPS) responded to a variety of incidents over the past 24 hours. Below is a summary of the key events, including arrests, investigations, and other notable occurrences:

- 4 arrests were made throughout the day, including individuals wanted for outstanding warrants, failure to comply, and domestic-related offenses.

Warrants – Case# CK25004341
Date: January 22, 2025, Time: 09:39 hrs., Location: Grand Ave West, Chatham
Details:
- A 49-year-old woman, from Chatham, who was the subject of an arrest warrant issued by the Windsor Police Service, has been located, arrested, and transferred into their custody.
Warrants – Case# CK25004395
Date: January 22, 2025, Time: 16:16 hrs., Location: Park Ave West, Chatham
Details:
- A 41-year-old woman, from Chatham, identified in a theft investigation, has been located. She was released at the scene and given a scheduled court appearance notice for February 24, 2025.
Assault/Arrest Robbery – Case# CK25004404
Date: January 22, 2025, Time: 17:59 hrs., Location: Canal Street, Tilbury
Details:
- A 42-year-old male, Chatham resident, reported being physically assaulted by his 27-year-old roommate, also a Chatham resident. The victim fled the residence and informed Chatham-Kent police officers that the suspect was still inside, potentially armed with a weapon though it was not used or brandished during the assault. The accused was arrested in Chatham during a traffic stop. The 27-year-old male was held for bail.
