The Chatham-Kent Police Service (CKPS) responded to a variety of incidents over the past 24 hours. Below is a summary of the key events, including arrests, investigations, and other notable occurrences:

- 6 arrests were made throughout the day, including individuals wanted for outstanding warrants, failure to comply, and domestic-related offenses.

Warrants-Case# CK25002442
Date: January 13, 2025, Time: 09:30 hrs. Location: Princess St, Chatham
Details:
- A 42-year-old male resident of Chatham-Kent, who was the subject of an endorsed arrest warrant for Failure to Comply (FTC)with Probation and DNA, was located at Princess St. Chatham. He was arrested on the outstanding warrant. His DNA was retrieved, and he was released under conditions with a court date of February 24, 2025.

Date: January 13, 2025, Time: 12:13 hrs. Location: Princess St, Chatham.
Details:
- On Princess Street, a 25-year-old-female resident of Chatham-Kent who was the subject of a Chatham-Kent Police Service endorsed arrest warrant for Failure to Comply (FTC) and a Lambton Ontario Provincial Police warrant for Breaking and Entering was located. She was arrested and released with a future date (Form 9), by Chatham-Kent Police Service and turned over to Lambton Ontario Provincial Police.

Date: January 13, 2025, Time: 12:45 hrs., Location: Lambton
Details:
- A 40-year-old male resident of Sarnia, who was the subject of an endorsed warrant for Failure to Comply (FTC) with probation, was located by Lambton Ontario Provincial Police. He was released with a court date of February 24, 2025 (Form 10) and handed over to Middlesex Ontario Provincial Police, who also has an outstanding warrant for his arrest.

Date: January 13, 2025, Time: 12:57 hrs., Location: Chatham
Details:
- A 50-year-old male resident of Blenheim wanted on an endorsed warrant for failing to attend court, surrendered himself at Chatham-Kent Police Service Headquarters. He was released with a court date of February 10, 2025
Warrants-Case# CK25002595
Date: January 13, 2025, Time: 02:27hrs. Location: Running Creek Drive, Wallaceburg
Details:
- At Running Creek Drive, Wallaceburg, during a separate incident at the same address, it was discovered that a 39-year-old male, resident of Wallaceburg had an outstanding warrant for Failure to attend court. When questioned about his identity, he was found to have lied, resulting in an obstruction charge. He was arrested and held for bail.
