Arrest, Warrants – Case# CK25007726
Date: February 6, 2025, Time: 08:44hrs., Location: Third Street, Chatham
Details:
- On February 6, 2025, at approximately 08:44 hrs., a 26-year-old male from Chatham surrendered himself to authorities at the Chatham-Kent Police Station for charges of mischief under $5000 related to a mischief investigation that occurred on January 1, 2025, on Barthe Street, Chatham. He was released with a scheduled court date of March 17, 2025.
Arrest, Warrants – Case# CK25007731
Date: February 6, 2025, Time: 09:22hrs., Location: Fourth Street, Chatham
Details:
- On February 6, 2025, at approximately 09:22 hrs., the Chatham-Kent Police Service received a call for a suspicious person complaint. A 36-year-old male from Chatham-Kent was located and found to be the subject of a catch-and-release warrant for failing to attend court. Subsequently, he was arrested and released with conditions and, a scheduled court date of March 3, 2025.

Date: February 6, 2025, Time: 18:46 hrs., Location: Clark Street West, Leamington
Details:
- On February 6, 2025, at approximately 18:46 hrs., the Leamington Ontario Provincial Police, arrested a 34-year-old male from Leamington, based on a current warrant issued by the Chatham-Kent Police Service on January 25, 2025, for obstruction of justice. He was transported to Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters and held for bail. We would like to thank the Leamington Ontario Provincial Police for their assistance in this matter.
Arrest, Warrants – Case# CK25007842
Date: February 6, 2025, Time: 21:49 hrs., Location: Wellington Street West, Chatham
Details:
- On February 6, 2025, at approximately, 21:49 hrs., during a property check conducted by the Chatham-Kent Police Service, a 54-year-old male from Chatham-Kent was located. He was wanted on an endorsed warrant for theft under $5000 related to a January 18, 2025, Theft investigation in Chatham. He was subsequently arrested and released with a future court date of March 3, 2025.
