The Chatham-Kent Police Service (CKPS) responded to a variety of incidents over the past 96 hours. Below is a summary of the key events, including arrests, investigations, and other notable occurrences:

Warrants – Case# CK25009415
Date: February 14, 2025, Time: 10:17hrs., Location: Dufferin Avenue, Wallaceburg
Details:
• On February 14, 2025, at approximately 10:17hrs, a 28-year-old male from Wallaceburg was located by the Chatham-Kent Police Service. He was sought in connecting with multiple criminal offences, including violations of his release conditions. Subsequently, he was arrested and transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Service Headquarters. He was released with a future court date of February 21, 2025.

Date: February 14, 2025, Time: 16:30hr., Location: Richmond Street, Chatham
Details:
• On February 14, 2025, at approximately 16:30hr., a 38-year-old-male from Wallaceburg was located by the Chatham-Kent Police Service. He was wanted for one count of theft under $5000 and two counts of possession obtained by crime under $5000. Thereafter, he was arrested and transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Service Headquarters. He was released with a future court date of March 17, 2025.

Date: February 15, 2025, Time: 0256 hrs., Location: King Street, West Chatham
Details:
• On February 14, 2025, at approximately 02:56 hrs., during a property check conducted by the Chatham-Kent Police Service, a 37-year-old male from Chatham-Kent was located. He was sought for breaking and entering and failing to attend court. The accused was arrested and released with a future court date of March 10, 2025.

Date: February 15, 2025, Time: 08:53., Location: Third Street, Chatham
Details:
• On February 15, 2025, at approximately 08:53 hrs., a 43-year-old male from Chatham-Kent surrendered himself at the Chatham-Kent Police Service Headquarters. He was sought for two charges of failing to appear in court. Subsequently, he was arrested with conditions and a future court date of February 25, 2025.

Details:
• On February 15, 2025, at approximately 08:53 hrs., a 41-year-old female from Wallaceburg surrendered herself at the Chatham-Kent Police Service Headquarters. She was wanted for one count of failing to comply with her release order. Subsequently, she was arrested with conditions and a future court date of March 24, 2025.

• On February 15, 2025, at approximately 16:18 hrs., a 43-year-old male from Angus, surrendered himself at the Chatham-Kent Police Service Headquarters. He was wanted on an outstanding endorsed warrant for fraud over $5000. He was arrested and released with a future court date of March 24, 2025.

Date: February 16, 2025, Time: 23: 20hrs., Location: Christina Street North, Sarnia
Details:
• On February 16, 2025, at approximately 23:20 hrs, the Sarnia Police Service located a 31-year-old female from Chatham-Kent. The accused was wanted on an unendorsed warrant in Chatham-Kent for arson, failing to comply and failing to attend court. She was arrested and transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Service Headquarters. She was released with a future court date of February 24, 2025. We would like to thank the Sarnia Police Service for their involvement in this matter.

Date: February 17, 2025, Time: 21:45hrs., Location: William Street, Chatham
Details:
• On February 17, 2025, at approximately 21:45 hrs., a 57-year-old male from Chatham-Kent was located by the Chatham-Kent Police Service. He was wanted on an outstanding endorsed warrant for failing to attend court. Subsequently, he was released with conditions and a future court date of March 17, 2025.
