CK24053756 Indecent Act
The Chatham-Kent Police Service has commenced an investigation into a report that a lone male party was committing an indecent act while on school property at 79 Eugenie St. Chatham, Ontario. The act occurred on October 22, 2024, between 8:30pm and 9:30pm. The act occurred while the school was closed, and no children were present. Investigators do not believe anyone was with the suspect when the act occurred.
The suspect is described as male, between 20 and 40 years old, wearing a long sleeve shirt, pants, dark coloured shoes with a white or light-coloured sole and a dark backpack. The male was operating a mountain bike at the time of the incident. Members of the public in this area are encouraged to review their home surveillance systems and to share with police any footage they believe shows the suspect in the area.
