Disturbance/TTPA – CK26074161

On October 6, 2026, at approximately 21:53 hrs., the Chatham-Kent Police Service responded to a report of a disturbance at a local business on Talbot Road, Raleigh Township.
The investigation revealed that a 51-year-old male from London had attended the property where he had previously been contracted to work. After a dispute, he was directed to leave but remained on the property.
When officers arrived, the individual hid nearby. He was later located with the assistance of a police drone.
Officers formed reasonable and probable grounds, to charge the accused with trespassing. The male was removed from the property and was released on a provincial offence notice.

Date: October 6, 2026, Time: 01:44 hrs. Location: Wellington Street, Wallaceburg
On September 9, 2026, at approximately 13:34 hrs., members of the Chatham‑Kent Police Service responded to a report of theft at a retail store on McNaughton Avenue, Wallaceburg.
The investigation revealed that a male suspect entered the store, selected several items of merchandise and left without making an attempt to pay for the items.
Through further investigation and a review of video surveillance, the accused, a 46-year-old male from Chatham, was identified. Officers formed reasonable grounds to charge the accused with the following:
- Count 1: Theft Under $5,000
- Count 2: Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000
Subsequently, a warrant was issued for his arrest.
On October 6, 2026, at approximately 01:44 hrs., the accused was located on Wellington Street, Wallaceburg and was arrested on the strength of his outstanding warrant. He was transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Service Headquarters, where he was later released with conditions and a future court date.
