Date: September 23, 2026, 0807hrs Location: Tilbury
On September 23, 2026, at approximately 0807hrs, police were notified of a disturbance in Tilbury.
Investigation revealed that a male pushed a female to the ground. At the time, she was on conditions not to communicate with him.
As a result, a 36-year-old Tilbury male was arrested for Assault and Fail to Comply With Undertaking (Facilitate Breach).
He was transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters and released on a Form 10 with a court date of November 4, 2026.
A 28-year-old Tilbury female was arrested for Fail to Comply With Undertaking.
She was transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters and held for bail.
No physical injuries were reported.

On September 23, 2026, at approximately 1132hrs, police were dispatched a Tilbury address regarding unwanted communication.
A male, who was on conditions not to communicate with a female, had sent her multiple messages through social media.
As a result, a 28-year-old male was arrested for the following:
- Fail to Comply With Undertaking (Count 1)
- Fail to Comply With Peace Bond (Count 1)
- Fail to Comply With Undertaking (Count 2)
- Fail to Comply With Peace Bond (Count 2)
He was transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Service’s headquarters and held for bail.
