Assault – CK25065805
Date: October 31, 2025, Time: 09:40 hrs, Location: King Street West, Chatham
On October 31, 2025, at approximately 09:40 hrs, Chatham-Kent Police Service officers responded to report of an assault involving a trespassing incident at a local business on King Street West, Chatham.
Investigations revealed the accused, a 33-year-old female from Chatham-Kent, had been asked to leave the premises and refused. During the confrontation, the accused threw an object at a 50-year-old male victim from Chatham. Medical attention was not required.
Officers arrived and located the individual. She was subsequently arrested and charged with the following offence:
- Count 1 – Assault with a weapon
Further investigations also revealed that the accused had recently been trespassed from the same property.
The individual was transported to the to South West Detention Centre (SWDC), where she will remain in custody until her next scheduled video court appearance on November 5, 2025.
Assault – CK25066044
Date: November 1, 2025, Time: 14:18 hrs, Location: Chatham
On November 1, 2025, at approximately 14:18 hrs, the Chatham-Kent Police Service responded to a disturbance between two individuals in Chatham.
Through investigations, officers learned that the accused, a 40-year-old male from Chatham, drove intentionally toward a 34-year-old male victim from Chatham, who was standing in the driveway. The accused narrowly missed him before fleeing the scene.
The accused later returned and attempted to enter the residence when a physical altercation occurred between both individuals. The accused grabbed an object and raised it in a threatening manner towards the victim. The individual fled the scene before the arrival of officers.
The individual was later located and arrested. He was charged with the following offences:
- Count 1: Dangerous Operation
- Count 2: Assault
- Count 3: Assault with a Weapon
The individual was transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Service Headquarters, where he was released with a future court date of November 26, 2025.
Warrants – CK25066197
Date: November 2, 2025, Time: 13:14 hrs, Location: 24 Third St. Chatham
On October 31, 2025, at approximately 6:30 a.m., the Chatham-Kent Police Service responded to an intimate partner violence report between two individuals in Tilbury.
The investigation revealed that a 49-year-old female from Tilbury was involved in a historical physical assault related to her relationship with the accused, 51-year-old male from Tilbury (CK25065781)
On November 2, at approximately 13:14 hrs, the accused was arrested at Chatham-Kent Police Service Headquarters, on reasonable grounds for the following offences:
- Assault x 2
He was later released with conditions and a scheduled future court date of December 12, 2025.
