On January 29, 2025, the accused entered a Form 11 Release order with specific conditions prohibiting her from communicating directly or indirectly with a male victim and requiring her to remain at least 100 meters away from any location the victim resides, works, or attends school.
On June 27, 2025, at 21:57 hours, police were dispatched to a grocery store on St. Clair Street in Chatham after a theft was reported. Loss Prevention Staff called police to report that a male and female had taken items without paying for them. The individuals were identified as the accused and the victim.
During the investigation, it was determined that the accused was in violation of her release order by being in the company of the victim at the time of the incident. Police reviewed surveillance footage, which confirmed that both individuals left the store without paying for certain items.
Despite several attempts to locate the accused at her last known address, police were unable to find her. As a result, a warrant for her arrest was requested.
On August 25, 2025, at approximately 15:54 hours officers responded to a shoplifting complaint at a retail store on McNaughton Avenue in Wallaceburg, where the 42-year-old Wallaceburg woman was located and arrested based on the outstanding warrant. She was transported to police headquarters and is being held pending a bail hearing. Additionally, she is wanted on an outstanding warrant held by the OPP Essex.

Date: August 25, 2025, Time: 17:16hrs Location: McNaughton Avenue, Wallaceburg
On August 25, 2025, at 17:16 hours, officers responded to a complaint regarding shoplifting at a retail store located on McNaughton Avenue in Wallaceburg. Upon arrival, police learned that the woman had concealed items and did not attempt to pay for them when exiting the store.
The 31-year-old Wallaceburg woman was arrested and charged with theft and possession under $5000. She was released on a Form 9 with a court date scheduled for September 22, 2025, and trespassed from the store.

Date: August 25, 2025, Time: 18:34hrs Location: Flamingo Street, Blenheim
On August 25, 2025 at 18:34 hours, officers responded to a report of an argument between the woman and the property manager on Flamingo Street in Blenheim. The altercation escalated when the accused allegedly uttered threats and physically assaulted the manager by pulling her hair. Efforts by others to intervene resulted in further assaults by the accused.
Fortunately, no injuries were sustained by any of the victims involved in the incident.
The 48-year-old Blenheim woman was arrested and charged with three counts of assault and uttering threats. She was transported to police headquarters and released on a Form 10 with conditions and a scheduled court date of October 9, 2025.
