Bio pic final

Competitive soccer has been a huge part of my life growing up.  It awarded me an opportunity to play at a NCAA Division 1 school.  Being a college athlete came with its challenges but it allowed me to experience many valuable life lessons in my 4 years in the United States.  Being a part of a team became an integral part of my successes as  both an athlete and student.  I learned the importance of work ethic, time management and leadership skills.  These experiences helped prepare me for the work force and my chosen career in law enforcement.

As an athlete, I had to learn to adapt to new coaches, new teammates and learning new systems of play; all these every changing situations highlighted the importance of commitment and proving once again that playing sports builds character.

I am grateful for my time on the soccer field. It gave me the perseverance to pursue my dreams.  As I start my new chapter in law enforcement, I will continue to draw from my athletic strengths and use my experiences to guide me.  I am glad to be home in Chatham-Kent serving our great community.
