Decisions
Police Officers in Ontario are governed by the Community Safety and Policing (CSPA) of Ontario and can face discipline under the CSPA when misconduct arises. When officers are convicted of an offence under the CSPA, the decisions made by the Hearing Officer are posted on our website for a period of three months, for transparency.
