Man Arrested for Indecent Act CK24038609
At 7:59 p.m., police responded to Delaware Avenue in Chatham for reports of a naked man observed in public.
Upon arrival, officers located the man and believed he was under the influence of an intoxicating substance.
The 31-year-old Chatham man was arrested and transported to police headquarters. He was held until sober and released with conditions and a future court date of September 23, 2024. He is facing the following charges: indecent act and indecent exhibition.

On August 15, 2024, at 5:58 a.m., police located the man on Arnold Street in Chatham.
Officers confirmed the man was wanted on a DNA warrant and arrested him.
The 34-year-old Chatham man was transported to police headquarters, processed, and released.
