The Chatham-Kent Police Service responded to various incidents throughout the day and night shifts on January 10-12, 2025. Below is a summary of key events from the day’s calls:

Warrants- Case# CK25001827
Date: January 10, 2025, Time: 13:43hrs, Location: Southwest Detention Centre, North Service Road, Windsor.
Details:
•A 40-year-old Windsor male was released from Southwest Detention Centre. He was wanted by Chatham-Kent Police Service for a Fail to Attend (FTA) endorse warrant. He was released with a court date of February 10, 2025 (Form 10).

Date: January 11, 2025, Time: 9:44 hrs, Location: Lisgar St. Ridgetown
Details:
•A 40-year-old Ridgetown male was observed driving a motor vehicle in violation of a release by the court with conditions order (Form 11) at Lisgar St. Ridgetown. He was arrested and transported to Chatham-Kent Police Service Headquarters and held for bail.

Date: January 11, 2025, Time 17:33hrs: Location: Wellington Street West, Chatham
Details:
•A 33-year-old Chatham-Kent male was arrested on Wellington Street West, Chatham for unendorsed warrants for failing to attend court. He was held for bail.
R.I.D.E PROGRAM
Warrants- Case# CK25002153
Date: January 11, 2025, Time 23:43 hrs: Location: Murray St., Wallaceburg
Details:
•Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (R.I.D.E.) program was executed at Murray St., Wallaceburg. 40 vehicles were checked. No tests or infractions were performed.

Date: January 12, 2025, Time 23:03 hrs: Location: King St. East, Chatham
Details:
•As a result of a traffic stop, a 30-year-old Sarnia male was found to be subject of a catch and release warrant. He was arrested and released with conditions (Form 9).

Details:
•A 30-year-old Harwich Township woman, who was the passenger in a vehicle, was arrested during a traffic stop due to an outstanding DNA warrant, she was taken to Chatham-Kent Police Service Headquarters where the warrant was executed, and then she was released.
