Sometime overnight on July 9, 2019 unknown person(s) entered a detached garage on Regent St, Blenheim. A Cub Cadet Self-propelled mower valued at approximately $500 was removed.

Domestic Dispute CK19034977
On July 10, 2019 at approximately 5:20 pm, police were called to a Park Ave East, Chatham address in regards to a domestic dispute. As a result of the investigation, a 37-year-old man was arrested for Break and Enter Sec 348(1) (a), Assault Sec. 266 and Uttering Threats to Cause Death or Bodily Harm Sec. 264.1(1) (a) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
The male party was arrested on scene and transported to headquarters where he was held for bail.
On July 10, 2019, the Chatham-Kent Police Service received information the London Police Service had arrested a 41-year-old female on the strength of three outstanding CKPS warrants. The warrants were for Utter Forged Documents and two Fail to Attend Court. The female was transported to the CKPS headquarters where she was held for bail.
Bail Violation CK19035022
On July 9, 2019, a 49-year old Chatham man was released from custody on a Promise to Appear and Officer in Charge Undertaking with several conditions. The conditions included a curfew and a non-communication condition.
On July 10, 2019, while on general patrol, an officer observed this male out past his curfew. The male was subsequently arrested. Further investigation revealed he had also broke the non-communication condition. The male has been arrested and charged with two counts of Breach of Undertaking Sec. 145 (5.1) of the Criminal Code of Canada. He was held for bail.
Drug Offences CK19034972
On July 10, 2019 at approximately 8:10 pm, the Chatham-Kent Police Intelligence Section executed a search warrant on a Campbell Street, Chatham address. Officers seized a quantity of Canadian currency, cocaine, cannabis resin, lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD), electronic digital scales and cell phones with an estimated combined value of $30,150.
A 37 year old male and a 37 year old female were arrest and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (cocaine); Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (cannabis resin) and Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD)), contrary to section 5(2) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
Both parties were released on a Promise to Appear and an Officer in Charge Undertaking with a future court date.
